Area Sales Manager. Region: Riyadh.

We are seeking a dynamic Area Sales Manager to drive sales growth in Saudi Arabia (KSA). The ideal candidate will have proven sales management experience in the FMCG sales industry, with strong leadership skills and a track record of achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include key account management, territory management, and developing sales strategies to expand market share. Must possess excellent negotiation skills, communication skills, and the ability to lead teams to success. **

RESPONSIBILITIES: Drive Sales Growth: Achieve/exceed sales targets within assigned territory. Team Leadership: Manage, motivate, and train sales representatives. Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activity. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales plans. Product Promotion: Ensure product knowledge and effective promotion. Reporting: Provide regular sales performance updates.

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven track record of success in sales management within the food industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze sales data and generate reports. Strong understanding of market trends and the competitive landscape. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory. Knowledge of food safety regulations. Experience with distributor management.

Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in Business Administration. Experience with [Specific product category, e.g., frozen foods, dairy, beverages].
