Carnivore Culture is seeking a skilled and qualified butcher to manage our production room. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day management of the production room and cutting and preparing all meat products to the highest of standards.
Responsibilities include: expertly breaking down full carcasses. Cutting and Portioning as per the customer’s provided requirements. Production of sausage filling, mince, and burgers. Promptly communicating any meat quality or specification issues to relevant customer(s). Completing all tasks in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner. Daily cleaning and maintenance of the production room. Adhering to the company’s work, health & safety, and quality assurance guidelines.
Relevant skills include: reliable, motivated, and enthusiastic worker with a ‘can do’ attitude. Attention to detail with a focus on quality and precision and exceptional hygiene.
Relevant Experience: A minimum of 1 year's experience as a butcher. Driver's license and Australian citizenship are required. If you meet these qualifications and are eager to start, we are eager to hear from you.
