You will be part of our successful TEMP team, collaborating with an amazing team leader and other temp desks nationally across Australia.

The Role: Booking candidates in for temporary work assignments across our real estate and property desks. Business Development to win new jobs. Negotiating temp rates with clients and candidates. Interviewing candidates and building a talent pool. Reference checks.

Various administrative duties: Collaborating with other Gough staff across shared client portfolio

The Criteria: Is an enthusiastic and motivated person, who is driven by success. Is quick, efficient, and task-oriented. Is an excellent communicator with good mental capacity. Can think on their feet and make decisions. Recruitment or real estate experience is preferred, but not essential. Ability to work full time and take calls A/H's sometimes. Ideally, you will have some sales, business development, or recruitment experience.
