To expand our reach and connect directly with potential customers, we're testing a new lead generation approach and need enthusiastic individuals to join our team.

About the role: Are you an enthusiastic and driven sales professional looking to join a dynamic team? We are seeking a part-time door-to-door knocking sales consultant to join the team at YAL Painting & Decorations in Randwick, NSW. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new leads and securing sales through face-to-face interactions with potential customers.

Role & Responsibilities: Go door-to-door in assigned areas to introduce our painting and renovation services. Engage with potential customers, explain our services, and build connections. Identify homeowners or businesses interested in renovations and generate leads. Collect customer details and schedule follow-ups for our team. Represent the company professionally and create a positive brand image.

What we're looking for Proven track record in sales, with a focus on door-to-door or field sales experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence customers. Strong negotiation and closing skills with a consultative sales approach. Resilience and the ability to handle rejection positively. Familiarity with the painting and decorating industry or a related field is an advantage. A positive, self-motivated, and driven personality.

What we offer: Base Pay: Earn $180 for completing 30 door knocks. Fuel costs covered: We'll provide $100 to cover your fuel expenses for the day. High Commission Potential: For every customer who accepts a painting quote, you'll earn between $350 and $400. If three customers accept quotes in a day, you could earn up to $1200 in total.
