What you’ll be doing As part of the Business Support Team (BeST), you can expect variety each day as part of a fast-paced and exciting work environment. This position is responsible for the efficient management of new client referrals, building relationships with external providers and taking care of a range of administrative duties required to support our busy practice.
Here are some of the things you will be doing: Referral Management: You'll be the first point of contact for our new client referrers, carefully screening their referrals for suitability, coordinating funding and service agreements, and efficiently managing our internal processes. Relationship Building: You'll cultivate and maintain positive relationships with our providers and our talented clinical team, fostering strong connections.
Using Your Exceptional Communication Skills: You'll be a key communicator, liaising with clients, providers, and clinicians. Your excellent verbal, listening, and written communication skills will ensure seamless workflows and alignment with our core values.
Proactive Performer: You'll demonstrate initiative, exceptional organizational skills, and strong motivation to complete all tasks promptly, efficiently and to a high standard
A Range of Administrative Tasks: You'll work closely with the Practice Manager and be responsible for admin tasks such as filing, document processing, and maintaining the presentation of our vibrant office.

You’re passionate about working in the health and disability sector and enjoy the culture of care and empathy. You have admin experience, a smile in your voice when you’re on the phone, and know your way around a computer, including using Google apps. You’re great at managing time, solving problems, and staying organized. You pay close attention to detail and have strong writing skills. You work well with others, have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and can work calmly and productively within our busy clinical team. You share our values and are looking for a professional and supportive environment.
