This position involves a variety of administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing phone calls, and maintaining records.
About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a part-time or casual administrative assistant. This role will involve a range of administrative tasks, including managing emails, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the team.
Key Responsibilities: Manage incoming and outgoing emails, phone calls, and correspondence. Schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences. Maintain accurate records and files. Assist with general office tasks, such as ordering and collecting parts for our team and maintaining equipment.
Provide excellent customer service to clients and colleagues.
Skills and Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience in an administrative role is preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
