Responsibilities

Customer Service: Take orders accurately and assist customers with menu selections or dietary preferences. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.

Food preparation: Wash, peel, chop, and prepare fresh fruits and vegetables for juices and smoothies.

Follow recipes accurately to create juices, smoothies, and specialty drinks. Ensure consistent presentation and quality of all products.

Equipment Operation & Maintenance: Operate juicers, blenders, slicers, and other kitchen equipment safely. Perform regular cleaning and maintenance of equipment to ensure hygiene and functionality.

Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of fruits, vegetables, and other ingredients. Inform management about stocking needs to avoid shortages.

Marketing Support: Assist with promotions by recommending signature drinks or upselling items. Help create a welcoming atmosphere to attract repeat customers.

Requirements & Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices (training provided if necessary). A friendly, energetic, and team-oriented attitude.

Minimum Qualification Requirements: Previous experience in a juice bar, café, or food service is an advantage but not mandatory. Training will be provided for the right candidate.

Minimum Experience: less than 1 year
