Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused ticketing officer to join our team. This role involves booking and issuing tickets, assisting customers with travel arrangements, and ensuring a smooth ticketing process.
Responsibilities: Book, issue, and process tickets for flights, buses, trains, or events. Assist customers with reservations, cancellations, and rebooking. Provide information on fares, schedules, and travel regulations. Handle payments and ensure accurate transaction records. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally. Stay updated with airline, transportation, or event policies and promotions.
Requirements: Previous experience as a ticketing officer or in a similar role is preferred. Knowledge of booking systems (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, and Sabre) is a plus. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of travel regulations and ticketing procedures.
