Responsibilities: Assemble mechanical parts into subassemblies. Assemble, fit, and install prefabricated parts to form subassemblies or finished products. Read blueprints to determine work requirements. Assemble or connect electrical components. Connect cables, tubes, and wires. Fasten parts together using fastening and joining equipment. Check mechanical assemblies and subassemblies for alignment and proper functioning. Test and check electrical assemblies and wiring for proper connection. Make minor adjustments and repairs. Credentials. Certificates, licenses, memberships, and courses. Forklift Operator Certification. Experience and specialization. Type of product. Automotive engines. Gearboxes. Hydraulic pumps. Truck.
