About the opportunity: Are you motivated by getting behind the wheel of one of our iconic blue trucks to deliver for customers? As our MR Driver at our StarTrack Wingfield facility, you’ll be the face of our trusted business, at the heart of your community and connecting businesses with their customers, and communities with each other day-in, day-out. You might not be working from home, but you’ll be on the road as a staple of your community, and it doesn’t get better than that!?

This is a full time role working Mon-Fri attracting daily overtime (paid at overtime rates). The hourly rate is $30.81/hr + 12% super. We pay weekly and provide a uniform after you start along with a free uniform and great coffee to get your day off to a good start! BBQ's and events are common place at our facility along with a motivated, friendly team culture.

You’ll be Completing your own daily vehicle safety check. Safely loading your truck with freight for your deliveries with teammates at the facility (up to 30kg lifting). Driving our modern trucks between our facility and customers for deliveries and pick-ups. Returning to our Wingfield facility to unload pick-ups.

About you: You’re a friendly, enthusiastic and reliable personality who loves autonomy just as much as interacting with others and being a team player. You’re passionate about making a difference in the community.?

You’ll also need to: Hold an unrestricted MR vehicle license. Be fit enough to load and unload freight items of all different shapes, sizes and weights, frequently in and out of a truck up to 30kg. Be safety-focused and understand the importance of chain of responsibility. Have a customer-centric mindset and effective communication skills. You will need to meet our safe working load limit of weighing 130kgs or less. Be prepared to carry out an MR Driving Assessment, undergo a pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening and national criminal history checks.
