We are seeking a highly motivated Hospitality Support Officer to join Brightwater, a respected not-for-profit organization based in Western Australia. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional who is eager to make a meaningful impact within the organization.

The Hospitality Support Officer provides coaching and auditing support to site-based hospitality staff and leaders to ensure that hospitality services (meals, cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry) are aligned with accreditation and quality standards. This includes ensuring a clean, sanitary, and well-maintained home-like environment and food safety compliance to prescribed levels.

This position reports to the Hospitality Services Manager and is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence and drive excellence.

On offer is a permanent full-time position working core business hours Monday to Friday. The position is based at our modern Brightwater Central Office in Inglewood and additionally requires travel to support all Brightwater metro sites.

To be successful in this role, you will: assist the hospitality services manager to roll out changes and improvements to hospitality services processes. Provide training, coaching, feedback, and support to Hotel Services teams across Brightwater homes. Ensure that cleaning, laundry, and housekeeping services across Brightwater homes are aligned to and meet the relevant quality systems. Ensure that food preparation practices and food services processes across Brightwater homes are compliant with Foodsafe requirements. Ensure cleaning tasks are completed according to infection prevention control practices and work health and safety requirements. Work with site leaders to develop corrective action plans from audit results and assist sites to identify and close identified gaps in process and procedures.
