We are seeking a dedicated Night Shift Manager to join our dynamic security division.

Key responsibilities: oversee security operations during the night shift, ensuring the safety and security of personnel and property. Manage and lead a team of security personnel, providing guidance and support as needed. Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies and incidents, demonstrating strong decision-making skills. Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Foster excellent communication within the team and with clients, addressing any concerns swiftly and professionally.

Requirements: Minimum Grade B PSIRA certification is required. Proven experience in a security management role, specifically in a night shift capacity. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work unsupervised and manage multiple tasks under pressure. Valid driver’s license.
