About the roles: We are seeking two experienced and energetic Clinical Nurse Supervisors ideally with in depth expertise in dementia care to join our team based in the new and state of the art residential facility in Maddington. This vital role drives the delivery of quality, person-centred care for our residents.

We have a permenant and 1 year fixed term contract available. This is a busy and varied role leading and mentoring our clinical care team, and includes overseeing care planning, medication management, and ensuring compliance with all aged care standards. You'll partner with our multidisciplinary teams to enhance the well-being of residents and provide expert clinical guidance and support to both staff and families. A key focus of this role is the implementation and maintenance of person-centred care approaches, ensuring that all residents receive care that respects their individual needs, preferences, and dignity.

About you: As a Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration and experience in aged care we know you'll have resilience, dedication and an authentic care for others. This role will unleash your leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills and welcome your continuous improvement mindset. Professional development and career progression are encouraged along with an authentic and values focused leadership style and person centred approach in all you do.

Your key experience will include: Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse is a must! Bachelor’s degree in nursing and leadership experience strongly desired. A commitment to person centred practise with a passionate commitment to support others. Proven organisational, delegation and time management abilities. Knowledge and understanding of the Aged Care Accreditation Quality Standards and Funding. National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months). Drivers licence and evidence of required vaccinations.
