Customer Service Representative Supervisor, V Nails & Beauty Moncton. Location: Moncton, NB. Salary: 19.44 hourly / 30 to 35 hours per week. Full time. Starts as soon as possible. Languages English. Education Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Experience 1 to less than 7 months. Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities: Establish work schedules and procedures. Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Conduct performance reviews. Co-ordinate, assign, and review work. Organize and maintain inventory. Supervise the office and volunteer staff. Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters. Establish work schedules. Oversee payroll administration. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages. Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers. Hire and train or arrange for training of staff.
