Our company is seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of meeting sales targets while maintaining excellent client relationships.
You will be responsible for growing our customer database, providing exceptional service, and ensuring that sales and revenue targets are consistently achieved. The role involves regular reporting, client meetings, and presentations at a corporate level.
Responsibilities: Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers, ensuring client satisfaction. Sales Reporting: Submit weekly reports detailing sales, revenue, customer feedback, and a list of clients and potential customers visited.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets consistently, managing a diverse sales pipeline.
Client Meetings: Conduct high-level corporate meetings, including sales presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups with clients.
Customer Feedback: Actively gather and communicate customer feedback to improve products and services.
Follow-up Skills: Ensure timely and effective follow-ups after meetings to close sales and maintain relationships.
Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product offerings and present them effectively to clients.
Travel: Regularly visit clients and potential clients in the assigned territory.
Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity in CRM tools.
Requirements:
Education: Grade 12
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in a similar industry (industrial, manufacturing, or B2B).
Sales Reporting: Ability to provide detailed weekly sales reports, including revenue, customer feedback, and visit reports.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver professional presentations at a corporate level.
Customer-focused: strong commitment to customer service and building long-term relationships.
Tech Savvy: Proficient in using CRM software, MS Office Suite, and any relevant sales tools.
Presentation Skills: Well-presented, with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills for high-level client meetings.
Driver's License: Valid driver’s license with access to a reliable vehicle for client visits.
Location: Must be based in or near Brackenfell, or willing to relocate.
Willingness to Travel: Travel within the region to meet clients regularly.
Desirable: Fluency in Afrikaans and English is required. Experience in the textile or chemical industries is a plus. Knowledge of products or services.
