NDIS Service Delivery Manager. Complete Care Disability Service. Redcliffe, Brisbane QLD. Aged and Disability Support (Community Services and Development). Full time. $100,000–$120,000 per year. Complete Care Disability Services (CCDS) is seeking an experienced, ambitious, and dedicated NDIS Service Delivery Manager to join our growing team and lead the end-to-end onboarding and care delivery for both new and existing participants.
As the service delivery manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that participants receive exceptional, tailored services that exceed expectations. You will be responsible for onboarding new participants, coordinating care teams, and maintaining ongoing relationships with participants and their support networks. Your role will ensure high-quality service delivery, compliance with NDIS standards, and continuous improvement of participant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding New Participants: Identify and onboard new participants, ensuring a smooth transition into CCDS services.
Liaise with Participants and Support Networks: Understand participant needs, including identifying the best-suited support worker for each individual.
Care Team Development: Establish, train, and lead care teams to ensure consistent, high-quality care and maintain proper documentation.
Documentation Management: Develop and maintain participant care plans, service agreements, NDIS plans, risk assessments, and task-specific documentation.
Feedback and Monitoring: Conduct regular meetings with participants to gather feedback, address concerns, and adapt to their evolving needs.
Quality Assurance: Perform regular checks and audits to ensure service delivery and documentation meet CCDS standards.
Collaboration: Work closely with third-party stakeholders, including support coordinators and other care partners, to ensure seamless and integrated service delivery.
Key Success Criteria: High levels of participant satisfaction and experience. Strong participant retention rates and growth in service hours. High staff retention rates and delivery of quality services. Minimal shift cancellations or unfulfilled shifts. Full compliance with NDIS rules, legal obligations, and OHandS standards. Consistent and clear communication with participants, support networks, and key stakeholders.
Skills and characteristics: strong influencing and communication skills. Excellent prioritization and time management abilities. Sound judgment and decision-making capabilities. Exceptional responsiveness and multitasking skills. Attention to detail and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
Qualifications and Experience: Relevant qualification in a healthcare-related discipline (diploma or degree preferred). A minimum of 8 years’ experience in the disability or healthcare sector with demonstrated leadership and team management skills. Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and dynamics. Experience working with NDIS regulations, legislation, and policies.
