What You’ll Be Doing: As part of our Spirited team, you’ll be the face of our company, creating a welcoming and engaging experience for children and families. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading fun and engaging activities—games, crafts, arts, sports, and cooking!
Planning and managing events—setting up for parties and functions and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Creating exciting programs—full creative freedom to design experiences that kids will love. Ensuring a safe environment: maintaining safety standards for children and staff. Managing budgets & supplies—for events, activities, and food preparation. Building relationships—becoming a trusted and familiar face in our local community. Overseeing compliance & rostering—making sure everything is well organized and runs smoothly.
What You’ll Need To be part of our Spirited family, you’ll need: First Aid in an Education and Care Setting certification. Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (mandatory). A valid NSW Working With Children Check. A recent Police Check (issued within the last 6 months or willing to obtain). The right to work in Australia.
