Bakery Manager, Retail, COBS Bread Bakery. Location: Fort St. John, BC. Salary: 36.10 hourly / 35 hours per week. Full time. Shift. Starts as soon as possible. Languages English. Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Experience 1 year to less than 2 years. Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Responsibilities: Manage staff and assign duties. Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale. Develop and implement marketing strategies. Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses. Determine staffing requirements. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages. Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations. Supervision. 3-4 people.
