Your new company: A rapidly growing facilities maintenance company has an immediate requirement for an experienced Handyperson or Carpenter to carry out all-round repairs on a portfolio of commercial, retail, and residential sites across the Sydney metro area.

Your new role: As Handy Person or Carpenter, you will be working across a portfolio of commercial, retail, and residential sites, where you will be required to carry out all-round maintenance, which will include basic carpentry, minor plumbing, replacing lamps, painting/patching, some commercial fit-outs, partitioning, client liaison, general reporting, and other related maintenance duties.

What you'll need to succeed: To be successful in your application for the Handy Person/Carpenter's position, you must have previous all-round maintenance experience, good customer service skills, basic computer skills, and no previous criminal convictions.

What you'll get in return: As a Handy Person / Carpenter, you will be working for an established facilities maintenance company across Sydney metro. The job is paying $80,000 - $85,000 + super + vehicle + overtime.
