About the Role: As a department manager/coordinator, you'll take charge of daily operations, ensuring smooth processes, strong team performance, and a seamless shopping experience. You'll be hands-on in leading your team, managing stock, maintaining merchandising standards, and achieving key business objectives.
Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Motivate and support a team of 10+ to achieve success. Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional service and satisfaction. Stock & Inventory Control: Maintain high-volume stock levels with accuracy. Visual Merchandising: Uphold high standards to create an engaging store environment. Operational Excellence: Manage rosters, optimize workflows, and drive KPIs.

What You Bring: Proven experience leading teams in a large format, big box, or department store environment. A strong customer focus with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
