Arkhé is currently recruiting for an experienced Restaurant Manager who will enjoy leading our Service program, working with a passionate team, and creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.

The Role: Working collaboratively with the Executive Chef and Bar Manager, you will have the following responsibilities: Lead the restaurant team with a ‘hands-on’ approach. Oversee all facets of the restaurant. Hold staff training sessions, allowing staff to continually learn and develop within the team. Maintain health and safety standards. Senior member of the management team. Manager reservations to ensure maximum revenue yield.

Skills and Experience: Experience in a senior hospitality position/restaurant management. Outstanding customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience. Exemplary leadership and management skills. A strong appreciation for quality in all elements of your work. Ability to train and work effectively in a team environment. Strong work ethic, excellent communication, delegation, and time management. Applicants with wine and spirits knowledge will be looked upon favorably. Proven track record of driving sales, improving customer satisfaction, and leading high-performing teams. Full-time position.
