Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning oil burners and their components and controls. Lay out oil burner heating system components and assemble components using hand and power tools. Test the installed unit and adjust controls for proper functioning. Perform scheduled maintenance and service. Install oil burner components and connect to fuel supply, ventilation, and electrical systems. Instruct apprentices. Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications. Credentials. Certificates, licenses, memberships, and courses. Oil Burner Mechanical (Residential) Red Seal Certificate.
