About the Role: As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our client base across commercial, industrial, and infrastructure sectors. You’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and securing contracts.
Key Responsibilities: identify and target new business opportunities across various industries. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Prepare and present proposals, tenders, and quotations. Work closely with project teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Meet and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth. Stay up to date with industry trends and market conditions.
What We’re Looking For Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management (preferably in painting and construction). Strong network within the commercial, industrial, or infrastructure sectors. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
