Receptionist Required for Medical Practice. Ocean View, Southern Peninsula. Company Name: DR F Majiet. Job Type: Full-Time. The employee’s responsibilities (tasks) will include, but are not limited to:

Greeting and attending to clients in-person or telephonically in a courteous and professional manner

General running of the reception area. Maintain the general neatness of the practice. Processing of clients before the doctor consults. A level of computer literacy to respond to emails, basic Word, and Excel. Assist with billing on medical software (training will be provided). Experience is preferable but not required, and you must be willing to learn. Should be able to multitask and work in stressful situations. Maintaining information confidentiality at all times. Willing to work a daily split morning and afternoon shift and some weekend morning shifts a month. Stay close by or have suitable transport arrangements available.
