Supermarket Department Supervisor. Novin Caspian Ltd. Location Halifax, NS. Salary: 17.00 to 20.15 hourly (to be negotiated) / 30 to 40 hours per week. Full time. Starts as soon as possible. Languages English. Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Experience 1 year to less than 2 years. Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities: Supervise staff (apprentices, stage hands, design team, etc.). Hire and train or arrange for training of staff. Sell merchandise. Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters. Organize and maintain inventory. Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers. Supervise the office and volunteer staff.
