About the role: At Bay SCAFFOLD and Fence Hire, we are seeking an experienced and skilled scaffolder.

Must use initiative and be able to work unsupervised with multiple jobs to join our team in Dunsborough, Western Australia. As part of our scaffolding team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient installation, maintenance, and dismantling of scaffolding structures for a variety of construction and industrial projects around the Dunsrough and Busselton areas.

What you'll be doing Erect and dismantle scaffolding structures in compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices. Work closely with project managers and construction teams to understand project requirements and provide scaffolding solutions. Contribute to the development and implementation of safe work practices and procedures. What we're looking for Must be living in dunsbrough or Busselton area.

Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to identify and resolve scaffolding-related issues.

Ability to work collaboratively with construction teams. Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and following all safety protocols. Physical fit and the ability to work at heights.
