Counter Attendant, Restaurant. Wok Box. Location 15 Depot Court, Saint John, NB. Salary: 15.30 hourly / 15 to 40 hours per week. Part time leading to full time. Day, evening, night, weekend, on call, flexible hours. Starts as soon as possible. Languages English. Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Experience 2 years to less than 3 years. Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities: Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units. Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs. Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware. Place dishes in the storage area. Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand. Scour pots and pans. Package takeout food. Portion and wrap foods. Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items. Stock refrigerators and salad bars. Take customers' orders. Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice and trim foodstuffs. Clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment. Handle and store cleaning products. Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas. Remove kitchen garbage and trash. Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors. Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit.
