The Role: This role offers a rare opportunity to work on a portfolio of commercial property assets along the Eastern Seaboard. Strategic analysis, portfolio analysis, operational efficiency modeling, and forecasting are focal to the role. Reporting to the portfolio manager, your ongoing ability to deliver corporate advisory and optimal cost management solutions will be pivotal.

The Responsibilities: Identify and work with leasing on strategy to maximise the asset potential

Research, develop, and present corporate advice and strategy to JV Partners and internal stakeholders. Building and maintaining strong relationships. Oversee the operational efficiency of each asset to deliver the asset plan. Ensure all necessary budget and financial reporting is conducted and presented.

Ideal Skills/Experience: A minimum of 5 years experience in the asset management of mixed commercial portfolios specifically. Leasing exposure and leasing strategy of assets. A thorough understanding or background in facilities and operational management. A strong understanding of financial analysis and models. Sophisticated communication skills. Exceptional stakeholder management skills. Substantial understanding of financial reporting software. Highly motivated and able to work collaboratively and autonomously.
