Your Rol As a Sales Support Representative, you will be making outbound calls to current Dulux account holders. You will be looking to connect, understand and qualify the current customer partnership to establish growth and improvement opportunities within these accounts.

Key Responsibilities: Lead customer contact for increased understanding of Dulux Trade account holders. Ensure outbound call completion for daily/weekly assigned requirements. Manage and update customer key information within the CRM database. Collaborate with stakeholders to help resolve customer concerns and complaints.

Skills & Experience: Excellent communication skills with the ability and confidence to ask open questions and seek deeper customer insights. Strong listening skills with curious intent and an empathetic approach. Comfortable conducting entry-level sales conversations. Previous sales or customer service experience. Imagine a better place.
