Supervisor (Building Maintenance & Reparis). Technical Service Company – Dubai, SUPERVISOR, (Property Refurbishment, Repairs, Maintenance, Interior Décor & designs), Salary: AED2,000 to AED2,500.00 /month
Position Responsibilities: Planning, organizing, estimation, cost of projects. Supervising sub-contractors and staff. Inspecting work carefully and diligently. Self-performing light work. Coordinating with the administrative department to enhance work flow and efficiency
Requirements: Candidates must have experience in building construction schedules and budgets. Conduct site measurements on project to ensure that the quantity and scope of work will be met. Knowledge of Quotation preparations, estimations and costings of projects. Salary: AED2,000 to AED2,500.00 /month
