Our specialized training equips candidates with the necessary skills—from language proficiency to childcare best practices—to excel in their roles. What You'll Do:

Recruitment Excellence: Engage with potential students and guide them through the process of enrolling in international universities.

Promote Au Pair Courses: Inform and inspire candidates about the unique opportunities in our au pair programs.

Field Sales Engagement: Build strong relationships, conduct presentations, and effectively communicate our value proposition in the field.

What We're Looking For:

Sales Passion: A genuine love for sales and a drive to exceed targets.

Excellent Communication: Clear, persuasive communication skills that build trust and inspire action.

Insurance Industry Experience (Preferred): Prior sales experience in the insurance sector is a plus, showcasing your ability to thrive in competitive environments.

Self-motivated: A proactive, goal-oriented approach to meeting and exceeding targets.

Adaptable: comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments and adapting strategies to new challenges.
