The Company: Our client is a successful and well-established Australian company that manages a substantial portfolio of owned and leased property assets across Australia and New Zealand. The properties serve both investment purposes and as locations for operational branches. The company also supports property acquisition, development, and building and construction works across its network, all while maintaining a strong foundation of values.

They are looking for an organized and proactive individual to support their property and project management team. As the first point of contact for tenants, suppliers, contractors, and staff, you’ll be essential in ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities: Manage diaries, travel bookings, and correspondence for the team. Administer property and project management tasks, including capital expenditure tracking, invoice processing, and document proofreading. Maintain databases (YARDI, Baseplan) and manage key registers (Insurance, Bank Guarantee). Assist with lease administration, facilities management, and event coordination. Support senior team members with reporting and documentation. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of experience in office or property administration, supporting a team. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong administrative, communication, and presentation skills. Quick adaptability to new technology and systems. Experience with property-related databases is a plus. Qualification in property, finance, business, or administration is desirable. Team-oriented, with a willingness to take on new challenges and learn new skills.
