Enforcer Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimise daily operations across our Melbourne and Perth branches. This is a critical role, offering the opportunity to strategically shape our operational landscape, implement new software, and achieve Quality Management Certification. What you’ll do: Spearhead Transformation: Lead the implementation of a new software system, ensuring seamless integration and user adoption across both branches. This includes coordinating with vendors, overseeing data migration, and developing training programs. Champion Quality: Drive the development and implementation of a robust Quality Management System, setting the standard for operational excellence. You'll establish SOPs, conduct audits, and guide us through the certification process.

Optimise Operations: Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including purchasing, warehousing, logistics, and administration. You’ll manage inventory, optimize the supply chain (including import coordination), and monitor key performance metrics.

Lead and Develop: Mentor and support operational team leaders, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. You'll play a key role in recruitment and talent development.

Communicate Effectively: Provide regular performance updates to the General Manager and manage stakeholder communications.

What you’ll bring: Proven experience in multi-site operations management (5+ years). Demonstrated success in software implementation projects. Expertise in quality management systems and certification processes. Deep understanding of supply chain and warehouse operations. Exceptional leadership, change management, and communication skills. A data-driven approach to problem-solving and analysis.
