Exciting Opportunity for an inspiring professional who is self-motivated with the ability to engage with all stakeholders. Assist in the management   and promote the use of the Wagga Wagga Showground Facilities. Be the first point of contact for clients, suppliers, permanent tenants, and members of the Wagga Wagga Show Society.

Establish and maintain a strong relationship with clients, the wider community, and all levels of government through regular engagement.

Maintain accurate administrative and financial records of the Wagga Wagga Show Society. Deliver a calm approach and prioritize workloads in periods of high demand. Interact with and provide regular reports to the Wagga Wagga Show Society Board and the General Committee.

To be considered for this role, you must have a willingness to learn, develop, and grow. Possess a highly developed administrative and financial skill set inclusive of contact management experience. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time, work schedules, and meet deadlines. A clear understanding of risk management and workplace health and safety responsibilities related to venue management. An ability to negotiate with confidence and be capable of building strong networks. Ability to work independently as well as be a part of the team.
