This role is available immediately & is a full-time role in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town. The role is available immediately. The site supervisor will report to the senior project manager. If you have 3 years of recent experience in the building industry, gained while working for a recognized company (not self-employed or consulting), and are looking for an opportunity to make a real impact, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate new construction projects and facility upgrades. Ensure adherence to architectural drawings and project specifications. Supervise on-site contractors, ensuring quality and project timelines are met. Ensure all projects are delivered to high standards, on time, and within scope.

Requirements: 3 years of recent, verifiable experience in the building and construction industry with a recognized company—details on projects will be required. Ability to manage multiple projects independently under pressure. Strong knowledge of construction processes and architectural drawings. Excellent communication skills in English & Afrikaans for effective team interaction. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel nationally as required. References from previous employers are essential.
