Building Custodian. East Coast Cleaning & Maintenance. Location: St. John's, NL. Salary: 16.00 to 18.00 hourly (to be negotiated) / 35 to 40 hours per week. Full-time. Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, Flexible Hours. Starts as soon as possible. Languages: English. Education No degree, certificate or diploma. Experience: Experience is an asset. Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities: Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs. Empty trash cans and other waste containers. Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings. Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures. Work with minimal supervision.
