Role Description: This is a contract hybrid role for an Information Technology Support Engineer at Coastal I.T. & Network Solutions. The support engineer will be responsible for technical support, system administration, troubleshooting, and help desk support. While the role is based in the Johannesburg Metropolitan Area, the applicant must be willing to travel a lot.

Qualifications: Technical support and troubleshooting skills. Information Technology and System. Administration skills. Experience in Help Desk Support. Strong problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work both independently and in a team. Relevant certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft MECM, Microsoft Intune, and Cisco are a plus.
