Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled HD fitter to join our maintenance team working as field support out of our new minespec work utes. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HD fitter to contribute to the ongoing success of a fast-paced and dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in repairing, servicing, and maintaining heavy diesel machinery, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities: Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs on heavy diesel equipment (excavators, haul trucks, loaders, dozers, etc.) Diagnose faults and provide corrective action. Conduct routine inspections and breakdowns. Ensure compliance with company safety standards and procedures. Work as part of a team to meet operational objectives. Complete maintenance records and reports in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements: Trade qualification in Heavy Diesel Fitting or equivalent. Proven experience working with heavy machinery in the mining or construction industries. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. High regard for safety in the workplace. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. Valid driver’s license (HR preferred). Must reside in WA.
