Job Description: We are seeking a well-presented, organized, and proactive personal assistant to support our management team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks efficiently, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
Key Responsibilities: Managing schedules, appointments, and meetings. Handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally. Assisting with administrative tasks, document preparation, and filing. Coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries. Supporting project management activities as needed. Ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. Performing other duties as assigned.
Requirements: Female, well-presented, and professional. Previous experience as a personal assistant or in an administrative role is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Must have own laptop and cellphone. Reliable and proactive with the ability to work independently.
