BIM Mechanical Engineer Required. Region: Riyadh. Job Title: Mechanical BIM Engineers. Location: Saudi Arabia. Experience: Minimum 5 years in KSA

Job Description: We are seeking experienced Mechanical BIM Engineers to join our team. The ideal candidates must have successfully delivered projects in KSA up to LOD 400 and LOD 500 and possess in-depth knowledge of Saudi building codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage LOD 400 & 500 BIM models for mechanical or electrical systems. Ensure compliance with Saudi codes and standards in all BIM deliverables. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate BIM models. Conduct clash detection, model audits, and quality control. Support construction and facility management teams with as-built models.

Qualifications & Skills: Mechanical Engineer, NOT Modular. Minimum 5 years of BIM experience in MEP projects in KSA. Expertise in Revit, Navisworks, Dynamo, and other BIM tools. Expertise in creating families. Very good knowledge in design. Strong understanding of Saudi building codes and local authority requirements. Excellent coordination and problem-solving skills.

Valid Iqama. Ajeer paper/Kafeel Authority Letter. Required education and experience certificates. Please note that this is a supplier base job with a handsome salary package. We are not transferring sponsorship.
