Revise programs based on academic performance level. Recruit and hire teachers and other staff. Develop and administer programs for the education and training of students and adults. Direct or supervise the recruitment, training, evaluation, and promotion of teachers. Evaluate the scope and sequence of the curriculum. Coordinate teaching activities.
