About the role: The Royal Hobart Hospital Research Foundation is seeking an experienced Grants and Administration Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Hobart, Tasmania. This part-time role will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of grants, assisting with funding opportunities, and providing general administration to support the Foundation's mission of funding vital medical research.

What you'll be doing: Coordinating the end-to-end process of grant funding, from managing application submissions to monitoring reporting deadlines. Identify potential funding opportunities and work with the team to secure funding for new projects. Provide administration and general support to the team as required.

What we're looking for Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the not-for-profit sector. Experience in grants administration, including application review, compliance and reporting. Strong grant writing and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of securing funding. Tech-savvy and adaptable to digital tools, with an ability to use office software and grant management systems. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines. Previous experience reporting to Boards or committees is desirable.
