Mechanical Engineering Technician. BP Machine Ltd. Location: Edmonton, AB. Salary: $40.00 hourly / 35 to 40 hours per week. Full-time. Day, Morning. Starts as soon as possible. Languages: English. Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years. Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities: Repair and maintain machinery. Assist in the inspection of mechanical installations and construction projects. Assist in preparing designs, drawings, and specifications. Carry out a limited range of mechanical tests and analyses of machines, components, and materials. Design tools, molds, jigs, and fixtures. Estimate costs and materials. Prepare and interpret engineering design, drawings, and specifications. Prepare standards and schedules. Test machines and equipment. Credentials. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses. Certification by a provincial or territorial association
