The Company: Katoomba Foods is a family-owned business that has been in business for over 30 years in Australia. It is Australia’s largest food importer and distributor in the Indian, Middle Eastern, and Asian foods. Today, the company imports from over 25 different countries. The company has its head office in Melbourne and has state-of-the-art warehousing and distribution facilities in Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane, and Perth.

About the Role: Katoomba Foods is looking for a sales representative to be a part of the sales team to manage existing clients across QLD and upsell the company’s range. This is a great opportunity for a talented individual who is looking to work full-time and/or part-time and is up for a challenge in services for independent retailers along with fruit and vegetable outlets. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who is also looking to start their sales career in FMCG and join a strong company.

Main Duties and Responsibilities: Create and maintain excellent customer relationships. Strong focus on sales and building product lines in stores. Process customer orders and/or inquiries. Advise relevant staff/departments of any specific customer requirements. Ensure all customers accounts are in order.

Key Competencies, Skills, and Qualifications: Excellent communication and organizational skills. A hunger for sales! The right attitude will take you a long way. Previous call center/sales experience, preferably in the FMCG. An advantage if you speak Hindi. Great computer skills (including Word and Excel). Capable of working under pressure in an exciting team environment.

You will require a car or motor vehicle. A car allowance will be provided.
