The Opportunity: We are seeking a client-side Site Safety and Quality Assurance Manager to oversee and manage construction-related projects at the facility. This role acts as the primary liaison between the organization and contractors, ensuring all project activities align with our high safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily coordination of retrofit projects, including managing contractor site access and coordinating works with Operations, RME, and site security. Administering Permit to Work systems (e.g., Hot Works, Working at Heights). Monitoring contractor compliance with safety regulations. Conduct site inductions for new contractors. Coordinate equipment and service shutdowns with Operations & RME.

Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders by providing status reports using reporting templates. Attending daily stand-ups to align operations with ongoing works. Creating plans/markups and sharing two-week lookahead schedules. Ensuring timely notifications for equipment or service shutdowns. Candidate Requirements.

Basic Qualifications: 7+ years of HSE/OHS experience and management roles. Certification in ISO and/or HSE. Strong background in safety management. Proficiency in English and the local language (CEFR Level B2 or higher). Experience in compliance with health & safety regulations. Strong computer skills.

Preferred Qualifications: Project management experience. Construction industry/industrial environment experience. Benefits for You.
