THE POSITION In this key role, you will be responsible for: supporting our passionate team of 5 Property Managers with the end-to-end leasing process, including inspections, processing applications, reference checking, and tenant signups. Conduct open inspections for our new off-the-plan properties and existing portfolio. General administrative duties. The portfolio is growing and spread across a wide radius so they must be prepared to travel and work Tuesday – Saturday.

THE CANDIDATE: To be considered for this role, you will have successfully completed your Property Management Certificate of Registration and have a QLD driver's license and reliable vehicle. Previous experience in property management in leasing is required, as well as the right ATTITUDE. We are looking for career-minded, DRIVEN people!
