ROLE: You will be reporting to a highly experienced Commercial Litigation Partner who has worked for many top-tier and magic circle firms both in Australia and internationally. The firm itself operates both nationally and internationally, with a particular focus on the resources and technology sectors. Alongside other specialists in the team, you will advise on

Corporations Act Disputes; High-value Contract Disputes, particularly resources-related; Partnership and Shareholder Disputes; Construction Litigation; Energy & Resources Disputes; International Arbitration; Consumer Law; Intellectual Property and Technology Disputes; and Real Estate Litigation.

CANDIDATE: You will have a minimum of 3 years' post-admission experience in commercial litigation. You will be eager to advance your career, currently positioned at an Associate or SA level. This opportunity will enable you to take that next step in your career, providing you to be well-resourced by the rest of the litigation team. You can operate with complete autonomy when you like, yet know there is support there if you need it.
