Your New Position: We are seeking a highly motivated, talented, and experienced Direct & Independent Agency Sales Representative to join our dynamic and successful team. Your remit will be NSW, located out of our head office in North Sydney, with multiple opportunities to partner and collaborate across our well-established business nationally. The role requires someone who is a results-oriented professional that thrives in a fast-paced environment, with a proven track record in direct and/or agency sales.

Key Responsibilities: Meet and exceed team sales targets and KPI’s. Manage all aspects of the account sales and servicing process. Develop and implement strategic sales plans. Develop client relationships and sales opportunities for ATN. Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients and independent agencies, understanding their needs and providing customized solutions to meet their requirements. Collaborate with the marketing team to continue to refine marketing materials and support direct sales efforts, including presentations and proposals. Multitask, problem-solve, and generate innovative direct advertising solutions. Deliver accurate reporting using the company resources and CRM.

About You: Results-oriented with proven and successful experience in direct and/or agency media sales. You are an effective communicator, negotiation guru, and problem solver. You excel at creating and maintaining strong relationships with current and new clients, partners, your colleagues, and your team. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Established industry connections and relationships. You excel at creating and maintaining strong relationships with current and new clients.
