Key Responsibilities: Responsibility for the performance of the reception and general administration function of the team. Answer student inquiries and provide reference checks. Maintain a record of competencies, qualifications, and necessary compliance documentation for contractors. Create training and learning agreements and contracts. Onboard new contractors and employees. Create training material files and folders. Maintain student assessment records. Organize seminars/education events. Support for travel logistics. Coordinate Teams Education sessions and social functions for staff. Social Media posts for Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
You will be able to demonstrate meticulous attention to detail with good verbal and written skills and be a clear communicator with good time management skills. A sense of fun and enjoyment about work and life. A flexible approach to getting things done. Problem-solving ability in long-term and "on-the-fly" situations. A loyal and committed approach to the company and role. Marketing and basic event planning skills. Ability to deliver to deadlines for daily, weekly, and monthly tasks, reporting, and activities. You will also hold a current driver's license and be legally entitled to work in Australia.
