Construction Estimator, FA Construction. Location: 274, chemin Industrial Gatineau, QC. Salary: 28.00 to 38.00 hourly (to be negotiated) / 40 hours per week. Full-time. Day. Starts as soon as possible. Languages: Bilingual. Education: College/CEGEP. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years. Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely. Work setting: Estimating.

Responsibilities: Prepare estimates of labour and/or material costs. Prepare pre-qualification submissions to present clients. Read blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine work requirements. Prepare master format estimates (Class A). Prepare elemental format estimates (Classes B, C, D). Operate CADD and other computer software systems. Provide economic feasibility studies and preliminary estimates for proposed projects. Create and submit estimate reports, quote sheets and bids forms. Liaise, consult and communicate with engineers, architects, owners, contractors and subcontractors on changes and adjustments to cost estimates. Experience and specialization. Type of experience.
